Summary
This policy sets out the University’s commitment to building a positive culture, promoting integrity and supporting University members and community and industry partners.
Objectives
This policy aims to:
- Build a positive culture through fostering a safe, respectful and rewarding work environment
- Set clear expectations and accountability for responsible working, acceptable behaviours and sustainable practices
- Set the highest ethical standards for our staff and officers
- Explain the standards and practices that our staff, University officers, students, alumni, visitors, industry and the community can expect from one another.
Scope
This policy applies to all babyÖ±²¥ staff, University officers and, where relevant, students and visitors.

Delegation
This policy includes, where indicated in the tables of roles and responsibilities, delegation of power by the Vice-Chancellor under section 26(7) of the babyÖ±²¥ University of Technology Act 2010.
